Job Description:
Commercial real estate company is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. Looking for someone with a great work ethic who works well with others. This person will complete monthly financials for 10-12 properties; review payables/receivables; daily account analysis for money market investments; perform monthly bank reconciliations; provide financial information to auditors, tax consultants, lenders, and partners; responsible for the coordination and completion of annual budgets; assist in the preparation of recoveries, 1099 & sales tax; coordinate tax return preparation; completion of monthly/quarterly cash analysis, monthly/quarterly distributions & quarterly investor reports; and may be involved in preparation of construction draws and other special projects assigned by the Controller and Chief Accounting Officer.
